“Someone may wonder how a Telecommunications Engineer has ended up creating and directing a company dedicated to the management of musicians. It is true that as a child I had some musical training, which I continued to cultivate as a young man studying singing and choral conducting, and singing in choirs. The offer to work in the music division of the Carmen Balcells Literary Agency allowed me to combine the two facets: the experience of 10 years doing consulting projects with the love for music. At the end of this stage I had the opportunity to create L’Impresa Management and to invent a place where I could do things my way, a way that has been enriched over the years with the collaboration of artists, organizations and programmers, and the people of the team who have trusted me”.

“While I was studying a degree in Musicology and finishing my professional trombone degree, I started my internship at l’Impresa Management, thanks to a very encouraging lecture by Manel who explained the values and goals of the company two years after its creation. Now, after studying for a master’s degree in specialization and after five years of professional experience in other areas of music, event production and communication, I have returned to coordinate the production of projects for artists and collaborators who rely on L’Impresa, with a different and certainly more cultivated vision, but with the same enthusiasm as when I started.”

“It’s funny how human relationships are interwoven!
My first contact with L’Impresa Management came from the outside, as a result of the collaboration of some of its represented artists with the Seville Baroque Orchestra, of which I hold the position of head of management. What then began as a series of one-off collaborations back in 2019 in the production of mixed projects led by L’Impresa, usually involving music, stage and other media, has now brought us to a relationship in which I am privileged to act as assistant to those same artists who once brought me to this door. A position that allows me to accompany them on their artistic journey, and which I can only be grateful for, for the trust that both they and Manel place in me.”
